We pack and send parcels using Australia Post, all care is taken when packaging to minimise the risk of damage.


Whilst all care is taken when packing Ceramics, sometimes accidents do happen during postage. in the event of damage send us photographs of what you found when you opened the parcel and we will take it up with our postal service.

As our products are unique if you are unsure about a piece contact us and we will send you more pictures of the item to help you decide. We are not able to refund or replace if you change your mind. Thank you.
